At Aeon Surfaces, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is inspected rigorously before it leaves our workshop. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns:

• Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
• Standard Items: For standard collection items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Our team will arrange for a replacement or repair immediately.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
